Alichas Stay and Play was founded with one clear purpose: to bring the transformative power of play directly to the people who need it most — in the comfort of their own home or care setting.
With a background in early years education, SEN support, and elder care activities, Alicha saw first-hand how play could unlock communication, spark joy, and build genuine human connection — even in the most challenging circumstances.
What started as a small local service has grown into a trusted presence across homes and care residencies — but the heart of it remains the same: showing up, playing together, and watching people thrive.
